This policy outlines our shipping procedures to ensure your heavy-duty lifting equipment arrives safely and efficiently. By placing an order on detecho.shop, you agree to the terms below.
1. Shipping Rates & Destinations
- Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a flat rate of $399 for all products shipped within the contiguous United States.
- Territories: Currently, we only ship to the 48 contiguous US states. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to the size of our equipment.
2. Logistics & Handling
- Warehouse Location: All orders are dispatched from our US distribution center at 320 Morgan Lakes Blvd, Pooler, GA 31322.
- Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Transit Time: 4–8 business days.
- Shipping Method: Because of the weight and size, car lifts are shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight.
3. Important Freight Delivery Details
Car lifts are industrial machines. Please read the following requirements carefully:
- Commercial vs. Residential: Our $399 flat rate covers standard delivery. If you require delivery to a residential neighborhood, a Residential Surcharge may be applied by the carrier.
- Unloading Requirements: The customer is responsible for unloading the equipment. You must have a forklift or a similar lifting device ready.
- Liftgate Service: If you do not have a forklift, a Liftgate Service is required to lower the equipment from the truck. This service carries an additional fee and must be selected at checkout.
- Delivery Appointment: The freight carrier will contact you via the phone number provided (+1 803 670 4868) to schedule a delivery window.
4. Damaged Shipments
- Please inspect the packaging and equipment immediately upon arrival.
- If you notice any significant damage, you must note it on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing for the delivery and contact us at support@detecho.shop within 24 hours.
