How much is shipping? We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $399 for all heavy equipment delivered within the contiguous United States.
Where do you ship from? All orders are dispatched from our dedicated US distribution center located at 320 Morgan Lakes Blvd, Pooler, GA 31322.
How long will it take to receive my lift? Orders generally have a handling time of 1–3 business days, followed by a transit time of 4–8 business days via LTL freight.

Do I need a forklift to unload the delivery? Yes, because car lifts are heavy industrial equipment, you must have a forklift or similar lifting device ready at the time of delivery.
What if I don’t have a forklift? If you cannot unload the equipment yourself, you must select the Liftgate Service at checkout for an additional fee.
What power supply is required? Most of our professional lifts require either a standard 110V or 220V connection; please check the specific product manual for your model’s requirements.

What is your return policy? We offer a 60-day return window for unassembled equipment in its original packaging.
How do I track my order? Once your lift is dispatched from our Georgia warehouse, you will receive a tracking number to use on our Track Order page.
Is my payment secure? Yes, all payments are processed through Stripe using industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your data.
