At detecho.shop, we stand behind the quality of our industrial lifting equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent return process to ensure your peace of mind.


1. 60-Day Return Window

  • You have 60 days from the date your equipment is delivered to initiate a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the car lift must be in the same condition that you received it, unassembled, and in its original industrial packaging.

2. How to Start a Return

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@detecho.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions and the address for our Pooler, GA warehouse.
  • Please Note: Do not send equipment back to the warehouse without prior authorization from our support team.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Shipping Costs: Because car lifts are heavy freight items, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Restocking Fee: Due to the specialized nature and size of the equipment, a restocking fee may apply to cover the inspection and repackaging of the units.
  • Freight Arrangements: We can assist in scheduling a freight pickup through our carriers, but the costs will be deducted from your final refund.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method (Stripe) within 7 business days.
  • Note: Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your lift arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact support@detecho.shop immediately.
  • For freight damage, you must note the damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier and provide you with a replacement at no extra cost.
