- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products & Pricing
- All car lifts and equipment are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer.
- Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
- We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee your computer monitor’s display will be accurate.
3. Shipping & Freight Terms
- Our flat-rate shipping of $399 applies to the contiguous United States only.
- Because our products are heavy-duty industrial equipment, delivery is via LTL Freight from our warehouse in Pooler, GA.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a delivery location capable of receiving freight, including specialized equipment like a forklift for unloading if necessary.
4. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
- You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
- We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
5. Limitation of Liability
- DETECHO LTD shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products.
- Proper installation and operation of car lifts are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. We strongly recommend professional installation for all heavy equipment.
6. Governing Law
- These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, while also respecting relevant consumer protection regulations in the United States for our US-based customers.
